Standard Portrait Package Pricing and Details
STANDARD PORTRAIT PACKAGE $135.00
~ Approx. 2 hours of on-location photography (one location*, multiple settings if applicable).
~ As many shots as time will allow.
~ Online preview of all proofs within 72 hours.
~ Full disc of unwatermarked images within 7 business days of your shoot.
~ Additional discs available for $10.00 each.
~ Online private photo album, maintained for up to twelve months, for you to share with friends and family.
~ Additional prints and gifts available ala carte**See bottom of page for event photography information.
*Franklin and Madison County (Ohio) Pricing. Additional $25.00 for Union, Delaware, Licking, Fairfield, and Pickaway Counties. Please call for pricing for counties not listed in Central Ohio.
**Your online gallery includes an option to purchase prints and gifts; products such as mugs, tshirts, gallery wraps, and more are available for you, friends, or family to enjoy at great prices, and high quality keepsakes. Multiple locations within 25 miles of each other, add 25.00. A $50.00 deposit may be required when your appointment is scheduled. We accept checks, money orders, and VISA/MC via PayPal (PayPal account NOT required!).
Returning customer? Deduct $20.00 from our regular sitting fee price (cannot be combined with payment in full discount) plus receive a $10.00 coupon for your next print/gifts order of $50.00 or more!
Referral Discounts: For each friend or family member that you refer who schedules and pays for a sitting with us, you receive $5.00 off your next sitting fee or prints/gifts order! The more you refer, the more you save!
EVENT PHOTOGRAPHY* $70.00 per hour
~Price includes three discs with unwatermarked images, online gallery, and convenient online shopping for friends, family, co-workers, or fans.
~We would love to capture the memories of your child's first birthday or your parent's anniversary; band promotion, school events. We also photograph your company events such as teambuilding meetings and corporate picnics!

Maternity and Newborn Packages
A $50 deposit holds your place when you hire me and the remainder is due the day of your appointment, along with fees* for your chosen session (below). We accept checks, money orders, and credit card payments via PayPal.
ALL OF OUR SESSIONS INCLUDE AN ONLINE GALLERY TO PREVIEW YOUR IMAGES, AVAILABLE FOR A MINIMUM OF SIX MONTHS (12 MONTHS UPON REQUEST); PLUS FULL CD OF ALL UNWATERMARKED IMAGES.

You've Scheduled your Session, Now What?

For most of our sessions, we will arrive a few minutes prior to our scheduled time to set up. If we are having your shoot in your home, we come with backdrops, props, lighting, seating, and other equipment to make your pictures as great as they can be.
If your child has a favorite lovey or you have a pet or other subject you would like in your photos, please feel free! Unlike some photographers, we don't charge extra for additional people or poses - we want your captured memories to be everything you dreamed of!
We will need a little bit of room to set up - your living room usually works the best, but if you don't have the room there, a basement or even a temperature-controlled garage works great. Don't worry about windows and lighting - if there's not enough natural light, we will take care of it. What you should do is be yourself! Dress comfortably, and we always recommend that your hair and make up (if applicable) looks like YOU - these are the real memories you want to commit to pictures. We do understand some occasions warrant more elegant dress and a fancier look, and that's great too, if that's the sitting you've scheduled. Otherwise, relax, have fun, and you will find that the pictures from our shoot will be some of the greatest you've ever had taken.
For outdoor shoots, we just ask that you avoid clothing with prints such as leaves and flowers, for the obvious reasons - we don't want you to be a floating head, blending into the background! Our sessions often take place in wooded areas or gardens, so solid colors often return better results.
Where do we shoot? Everywhere! There's some great historical areas in Central Ohio, as well as beautiful metropolitan parks. You may find that even your very own neighborhood has a fantastic area with a pond and landscaping, or your own back yard may be the ideal setting. If you have a request, let us know - or if you'd just like us to scout out an area near your home, we'll do that in advance and let you know where to meet us. We look for colorful foliage, or unique settings with gazebos or other interesting backdrops for your shoots. These are definitely looks you won't get in any studio! Gift Certificates and Discounts Gift certificates are available for purchase along with our photo packages. Please contact us for information. We have a customer referral program in place - for every friend or family member that you refer to us that books and pays for a session, you receive a $5.00 credit in our store or towards a future photo shoot!

Policies and Procedures
REGARDING PHOTOGRAPHY SESSIONS: From time to time, we like to use customer's finished photos in our portfolio. Unless we receive a request in writing (via email or other), you agree that your images can be used. Childbirth photographs will be submitted for your approval, due to the intimate nature of the subject matter.
Please let us know if you do not want to your images used our site or in promotional materials.

If scheduling a photography session, sitting fee must be remitted upon scheduling the appointment.
We accept Discover, MasterCard, Visa, and American Express through PayPal. PayPal account NOT required for use as payment portal. For photo sessions, we accept checks, money orders, or cash - any balance due after your deposit or prepaid session must be paid at time of your sitting.WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO REFUSE SERVICE TO ANYONE.
Privacy Notice
We recognize and respect your need for privacy and security as you visit our site. When you visit our site to view any pages or read product information, you do so without telling us who you are and without revealing any personal information. While we do not collect identifying information about visitors to our site, we do use standard software to collect information for the strict purpose of tracking activity on our site. This allows us to better understand how many people use our site and which pages and features are most popular. The only information we normally collect and store is:

~ The web site that referred you to us (if any).
~ The date and time the pages were accessed.
~ The page or pages you requested.
There are instances where you may elect to provide us with personal information (this does not include data sent via our secure ordering system). If you fill out one of our feedback or request forms or send us email, you are transmitting the information that appears to you in the form or the message. This will typically include information like your name, mailing address, email address, the kind of request you are making, and any other information necessary to fulfill your request. You never transmit personally identifying information that you do not enter yourself. And this is always your option; this information cannot be collected unless you specifically elect to send it to us. This information is used internally only for the purpose of fulfilling the request or for contacting you directly and is not given or sold to any other organization.
When you submit personally identifying information via our ordering system, that information is encrypted, or scrambled, by your browser before it is transmitted back to our web site. This effectively prevents anyone from intercepting and reading any personal information about you. Note that this encryption does not take place if you send us email, but only when you use your web browser with our sites ordering protocol. From time to time, we like to use customers finished products in our portfolio online, or as samples for clients in person. Please let us know if you do not want to permit your images used on our site or in promotional materials. Your email and other information will never be released to any affliliate of Photography by Sandra or any third party. Your privacy is of the utmost importance to us.
